Always wear gloves!

I broke my own rule last night and did some scraping without my mechanic gloves on... big mistake. I was scraping along the top of the engine bay/cowl area when my scraper slipped off and my middle knuckle on my middle finger (right hand) slid right across the metal frame.

I ripped it up good:
